Colac forward Nick Lynch has become the first Tiger to part ways with the club this off-season after joining Bellarine league club Ocean Grove.
Lynch will re-join former Colac coach and his uncle Paul Lynch who is coach of the Grubbers, along with fellow former Tigers James Linton and Jake Carmody.
The key-position forward fell just short of 50 senior games with the Tigers since crossing from Birregurra in 2013.
Colac coach Kane Leersen said it was disappointing to lose Lynch.
“It’s sad to see him go, he’s been around the club for five or six years now,” he said.
“I think he was just at that point where he was looking for a different challenge, and obviously he’s got some pretty strong ties at Ocean Grove.”
