A COLAC district police officer says road authorities should install a roundabout on a notorious tourist route to help prevent crashes.
CRASH CENTRAL: Call for roundabout at horror intersection
Winchelsea police Leading Senior Constable Andrew Osborne and Sergeant Janet Gleeson want a roundabout at the Winchelsea-Deans Marsh and Cape Otway roads. They are concerned about a spate of crashes relating to people failing to slow down before the intersection.

Need to sort out Highway at the Moriac Pub turn off, already been a fatal and was almost another on Sat., Hoon came flying out, didn’t look didn’t slow at all. if he had collected the car in front of me they would both be dead the speed he was going. A Stop sign isn’t doing it
Yes, I’ve seen cars, trucks, tractors and cyclist or ignore the signs and just drive straight on to or across the highway… idiots! ☹
