This makes me so sad, that poor darling little dog in the twilight years of its life now having to suffer because of an irresponsible owner. My thoughts are with Mrs. Illetts.
A terrible incident. if caught the offending dog needs to be put down and its owner be made to pay Mrs. Iletts vet bill as well as being fined!
