Colac Otway Shire Council chief executive officer Sue Wilkinson, mayor Chris Potter, Victorian Renewable Energy advocate Simon Corbell and Acciona managing director Andrew Thompson turning the first sod at the Mount Gellibrand wind farm. The wind farm will start producing electricity from mid-2018.
