Motorists avoiding crumbling surface on district road

A COLAC district resident says the busy Timboon-Colac Road is degraded and is affecting other roads in the region.

  1. The road is an embarrassment to the whole of Australia! We don’t travel that way every day but we use to frequently, but now as other are doing, now using Swan Marsh rd.
    I also would like to say that they have done a good job on repairs closer to Timboon, but it needs to ne backed up by keeping the gutters clean of debris, otherwise the water is just going to pool up and seep under the road… CAUSING DAMAGE AGAIN! Whether that job is up to Vic Roads or Local Council I’m sure is a debate of its own.
