Colac Armstrong Street resident Ruth Spokes says she has made repeated attempts to highlights dangers at the intersection of Armstrong and Murray streets over the past four years and she believes traffic lights are necessary.

Good on ya Ruth, top lady. Vicroads don’t care for LOCAL KNOWLEDGE… They only care about THEIR STATISTICS about serious\tragic accidents!
If local council really give a stuff, they would be pushing for the lights too.
