  1. Unfortunately Cr. Lyn Russell failed to raise the Colac Ambulance crisis issue during her two years as the Mayor of the Colac Otway Shire.

This is particularly disappointing as I personally informed her about the issue at the Urgent care meeting last year.

There are other Councillors who knew about the Ambulance issue and it’s devastating effect on the community prior to the formation of CosWEcount! Inc. January 18th 2013 and they too have remained silent on the issue.

The Colac Ambulance crisis has cost people their lives and continues to put people’s lives at grave risk due to the fact that there is only ONE Ambulance available to service 20,000 people over a 4,000 Square Km area.

The people of Colac and Surrounds deserve a proper Ambulance service:

Thankfully people are responding by signing the CosWEcount! inc. petitions which will be given to the government after the election to allow those in a position to make Improvements to act.

Please sign our petition available in many Colac shops and Businesses:

The petition calls for Two Ambulances to be available 24/7:
    A Non Emergency Ambulance fund:
CFA to become back up first responders:

Paul David Cross: President: CosWEcount! Inc.
