The death of thousands of fish in a district estuary has alarmed Victoria's peak fishing body.

VICTORIA’S peak recreational fishing group and landholders have called for more community input after a decision to open an estuary killed thousands of fish.

    This story illustrates the incompetence of the CCMA. The fact that Local Member Terry Mulder or his office was warned 3 weeks before of this environmental disaster but did nothing also reflects poorly on him as a representative of the local electorate.
