A WOMAN refused to go to hospital after escaping with minor injuries when she rolled her car south of Timboon.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said the 34-year-old was travelling south on Port Campbell-Timboon Road when she lost control and rolled her vehicle near the intersection of Timboon-Peterborough Road.
The spokesman said the woman had pain in her right knee and shoulder but “declined the offer of transport to hospital”.
“Paramedics suggested that she could get checked out but she declined,” he said.
“She was advised to see medical help if she had any further symptoms.”
Timboon Fire Brigade captain Doug Jones said the woman was out of her vehicle before authorities arrived.
Mr Jones said the woman was “in a pretty bad way” after the crash, which happened about 3.30pm Monday, and firefighters waited with her until paramedics arrived.
He said the vehicle was “a write-off”.
