POLICE are looking for a woman with three small children in relation to a theft of $500 from a Colac bank.

Leading Senior Constable Peter Scanlon of Colac said police had watched video surveillance of the theft from Murray Street’s National Australia Bank’s automatic teller machine.

Sen Const Scanlon said police wanted to speak to a woman to help with the investigation.

“The female is described as being Caucasian, in her mid 30s, she was wearing a light-coloured dress and striped top,” he said.

“At the time she was with three children – a boy of approximately four years and a female of approximately three years and she was pushing a pram with a young child.”

Sen Const Scanlon urged anyone with information about the April 1 theft to contact Colac police.
