TRAFFIC slowed along Colac’s Murray Street yesterday after a truck spilled orange pulp on the road.
Emergency services attended the incident on the corner of Queen and Murray streets about 3.30pm.
Colac fire brigade’s Scott Peschel said the orange pulp spilled onto Murray Street.
“The semi-trailer stopped suddenly and the load of orange pulp has moved forward and shot out under the tarp,” Mr Peschel said.
“So we had to wait for the council’s street-sweeper to come,” he said.
Police closed the left lane along Murray Street and directed traffic.
