COLAC and district residents can expect a sunny Christmas Day.
Weather Bureau duty forecaster Rod Dickson said there could be drizzle on the Otway coast early on Christmas morning.
“But then it should be a fine day after that”.
“Along the coast it’ll be a bit milder with south-easterly winds, so temperatures between 21 and 24 degrees,” he said.
“But inland Colac should be around 29 degrees.”
Mr Dickson said there could be some cloud cover by the end of Christmas Day.
“I think we should see mainly sunny conditions for most of the day but with a bit of cloud increasing later,” he said.
Christmas Eve is also shaping up to be a warm day; the forecast is for a mostly sunny day and 28 degrees.
